Summary of Job description

  1. Responsible for requirement identification, understanding and preparation of Proposal, Proposal presentation, Budget preparation, Tendering & Technical Evaluation, presentations to End User, Implementation, Execution and Handover
  2. Ensure Legal Compliance, Budget monitoring & Capitalization, Project Risk Identification & Mitigation
  3. Coordinate with all stakeholders like End Users, Cross Functions team, Design Consultants, Contactors etc.
  4. Review Project Tender documents like General and Special Terms & Conditions, BOQ, Drawings etc.
  5. Responsible for cost management, Bills checking and project delivery within the approved budget
  6. Execute projects in terms of Planning, Scheduling, Execution and Delivery as per approved by management
  7. Ensure safety and Legal Compliances required for projects.
  8. Handle team of 3 to 4 site engineers and experience of at least one complete project execution and management from Conception to handover
  9. Supervise works done as per drawings and tender and implementation of best Quality Procedures
  10. Ensure the project handover with all necessary documents to end user
  11. Carry the Civil Maintenance which included Building & Plant infrastructure, Plumbing, Carpentry & Fabrication
  12. Responsible for cost benchmarking of maintenance works and optimization of annual maintenance cost expenditure.
  13. Prepare maintenance budget and monitor throughout the year
  14. Implement EMS & OHSAS process
  15. Check and Process Vendor Bills
  16. Execute small revenue projects as per requirement from end user
  17. Implement reporting system for all maintenance work
  18. Handle Routine Legal Compliance Related to Pollution control, Fire NOC, MIDC / Local Corporation, Hazardous Waste Management and Operation & Maintenance of STP & ETP
  19. Execute projects in terms of Planning, Scheduling, Execution and Delivery 

Qualification and experience

  • 7 to 8 years with BE civil or Higher Education
  • 5 to 6 years with BE Civil & Post Graduate in Construction Management or Higher
