Assistant Manager (Engineering Services)

Summary of Job description

1. Responsible to Monitor & diagnose the health of pumps for multiple customers across globe. 
2. Extract and analyze data to identify trends of vibration and temperature on KSB Pumps
3. Identify vibration & temperature anomalies for monitored pumps assets  
4. Notify vibration & temperature anomalies to customer & internal stakeholders for quick & appropriate action
5.  Visit customer site as per project requirements for IOT installation/rectification and energy audits.
6. Create customer reports and service tickets and also conduct ticket analysis 
7. Connect with service engineers for proactive service & spares business 
8. Produce vibration analysis reports on weekly/ monthly basis, as requested by the customer 
9. Participate in developing and upgrading monitoring centre & monitoring system
    

Qualification and experience

BE (Mechanical) with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in similar industries.

Knowledge / skills required 

• Knowledge of Conditioned Based Monitoring, Vibration Analysis
•  Level II or Level III vibration certification as defined by ISO 18436-2
   

Functional / Technical Competencies

•  Knowledge of Centrifugal Pump & rotating equipment.
•  Understanding of various application and market segment
•  Experience of Field Service, troubleshooting
