Summary of Job description

  1. Execute project / contract as per the project timelines.
  2. Coordinate with MRP / SCM / Production and send SO wise status / MPR update to Customers.
  3. Submit final technical & commercial documentation and get the approval.
  4. Attend meeting with client / customers / consultant and vendors and also Co-ordinate with Operations and QM for execution of Inspection activities.
  5. Follow-up / Keep track of LD orders, LD waiver and Track cash flow of order and ensure advances and payments on time.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, identify their needs, provide alternate solution, enhance client relationships through excellent service.
  7. Ensure timely submission of post order documents, Periodic review of orders in hand with the team using SAP reports and other tools.
  8. Ensure that all orders are executed within contractual delivery, ensure that all requirements as per the KSB QMS and other systems are being followed.

Qualification and experience

B.E. Mechanical with 5 to 8 years’ experience in pump industry

  • Knowledge of SAP Module knowledge
