Summary of Job description
- Execute project / contract as per the project timelines.
- Coordinate with MRP / SCM / Production and send SO wise status / MPR update to Customers.
- Submit final technical & commercial documentation and get the approval.
- Attend meeting with client / customers / consultant and vendors and also Co-ordinate with Operations and QM for execution of Inspection activities.
- Follow-up / Keep track of LD orders, LD waiver and Track cash flow of order and ensure advances and payments on time.
- Communicate effectively with clients, identify their needs, provide alternate solution, enhance client relationships through excellent service.
- Ensure timely submission of post order documents, Periodic review of orders in hand with the team using SAP reports and other tools.
- Ensure that all orders are executed within contractual delivery, ensure that all requirements as per the KSB QMS and other systems are being followed.
Qualification and experience
B.E. Mechanical with 5 to 8 years’ experience in pump industry
