Summary of Job description

  1. Meet the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets of the service station.
  2. Control operational costs, including inventory, labour, and maintenance, to maximize profitability. 
  3. Achieve high customer satisfaction through the quality of service and speed.
  4. Implement and enforce ISO requirements safety protocols as per M/s KSB LTD procedures.
  5. Achieve satisfactory results in internal and external audits related to ISO, compliance, and operational standards.
  6. Manage the service station’s budget effectively, ensuring all expenses are within the allocated budget.
  7. Ensure all staff and technicians are adequately trained and updated on company policies, safety procedures, and technical skills.
  8. Achieve satisfactory results in internal and external audits related to Financial audit 

Qualification and experience 

Diploma or BE/B.Tech.– Mechanical with 5-10 years’ experience in similar job profile.
