Summary of Job description
- Conduct SQIP audits and Subcontractors, get C.A. plan and Monitor improvement actions
- Assessment of new supplier/subcontractor
- NDT witness and subcontract supplier -LP test
- Generate X3 & X2 Q-Notification for rejection at subcontractors & In-House
- Analysis of rejection, rework, implementing improvements action at supplier, subcontracts & In house.
- Analysis of rejection, rework and implementing improvement action at suppliers, subcontractors
- Stage inspection at pump subcontractors for hydro test, balancing machined component inspection assembly test and painting
- Communication and getting improvement action plan and monitoring of repair welding activity of components with concern foundry.
Qualification and experience
DME 5-7 Years /B.E. 3-5 years
Knowledge / skills required
- SAP (QM module) awareness is a must
- Analytical Ability
- Planning & execution
- NDE Level II qualification in VT,PT & MT
- Certified Auditor for IMS-QMS/EMS
